Kickball Tallahassee uses the official kickball rules published by the World Adult Kickball Association (WAKA) with the exception of a few rules:

• Teams field 11 players.
• There must be at least 4 female players and at least 4 male players per team in the field.
• A catcher's line will be drawn through the kicker's box and cannot be passed by the catcher until the kicker has made contact with the kickball.
• The pitcher's mound will be 45ft from home plate instead of 42.5 ft.

All other rules are followed as written.
